As a Glacier Kat he is naturally within his element when he's in the coldest climates there are. The cold can't harm him, whether it be mystical or natural. He is fully Cryokinetic, but the power is sloppy right now.
Born under the Eclipse, he is a Whisper of Rekura. His Elemental Manifestation shows up in the form of his entire body being made of ice. He is always ice-cold to the touch, to the point where those with prolonged exposure to his body will actually be frozen to him. His back has ice ridges, and one of his ears is chipped but whether he was born that way or damaged by something is rather unknown. His fangs are made of solid ice, and are extremely sharp.
Like all of the WoRs born under the last Eclipse, his mutation is also marked as his weakness. As his body is made of ice he can't heal from physical damage, as the ice will chip and crack away and can only be fixed by someone else re-freezing the areas. He is also extremely 'allergic' to heat, as his body will begin to melt if he's tossed into areas that are too hot for ice to dwell, and the exposure to fire can be deadly. His form can be melted down to a pool of water, and the only way to heal him once he's damaged to that extreme is a powerful revival spell, or for someone to reintroduce extreme-cold to his remains, so that the ice can reform.
Reaching adulthood should've help in defrosting Hyouuga's memories of his cubhood, or at least shed some more light on those flashes he sometimes sees in nightmares. But nothing's been cleared up, and those missing months are still nothing but faded, forgotten, time. All that's changed with adulthood is his mutation's advancement. It's still unstable, harmful to himself and others, and now especially as the ice his body is made up of has grown, expanding into sharpened points that seem to grow sharper when the wind whips past him. But the ice can grow too fast, too sudden, causing his entire body to frost over and become immobile. He'll end up frozen in place, an ice sculpture that can still shatter and melt, and unable to avoid any damage that may come his way while his body is frozen-over. The only way to seemingly fix this is to chip away at the frost-covering, but he can't do that himself. He's left completely exposed, needing the aid of another...
