He can mindspeak, but cannot read minds unless the thoughts are open to him. He has perfect nightvision, and is able to see faint outlines of Auras on others. If wounded his blood is actually a pale blue that seems to glow like contained droplets of moonlight. He was born under the Eclipse, and is thus a Whisper of Rekura.
His Elemental Manifestation comes in the form of six wings upon his shoulders/neck, and six upon his tail. These wings are made of energy, and cannot be harmed as anyone who touches them will instantly calmed and any deadly/harmful thoughts they may have possessed before are instantly calmed and negated. And the wings heal instantly if somehow wounded, anyway.
He is able to fly by altering the currents of air around him when all twelve wings are moving, allowing for him to 'hover'. Upon his forelegs he has long tendrils of energy - three per leg - that are always flowing as if being touched by the wind. These threads, essentially dream energy personified, are able to cause anyone they touch to fall unconscious if this cub desires that effect. It can affect anyone, for there is no immunity to dream essence and once touched by it they fall to it's natural prowess and are rendered helplessly unconscious. The state they are left in will be somewhat of a calming rest, and when the effects wear off (up to one hour later) they won't remember having been hit by this cub's power at all. So it is possible that anyone he uses it against will never remember the cause for their sudden disablement.
He is able to teleport at will, disppearing in a thunderous flash of rippling energies, and reapearing in a similiar fashion. He can create minor repelling shields, which will appear as if made by visible blue air currents, that can negate the powers they block. But he can only use this defensive power so many times before it begins to drain his own energy, and as he is a cub right now he'd probably only be able to use it once or twice.
With adulthood, there also comes the nagging feel in the back of his mind that there's something he's meant to be doing. Some place he's meant to be, something tugging at him from an unknown location trying to draw him in. And yet, no matter the amount of concentration he gives it, he can't tell what it means -- where it is he should be, or what direction to even start looking. There's nothing but a faint call, barely heard...

Power:Dream Wisps are lacking in fully corporeal forms, being made up of smoke-like energies that seem to roll and flow with each bodily movement. They are free from the force of gravity, able to fly without the aid of wings, and always soothing to the touch. It's said that dream wisps were once Mimics of the Dream Element, but ones that had evolved to such a degree they no longer needed their physical bodies. Now they exist in wraith-like forms, a calming presence that seems unwavering in even the most dire of circumstance. Dream Wisps are able, when they or their bondeds are threatened, to change forms into anything of their choosing (usually they come to choose just one form, whatever feels the most appropriate to them, and they stick with it for the rest of their lives) and take on that physical form for up to thirty minutes at a time. They also, when in their smoke forms, provide an added energy boost to their bondeds - and ward off negative energies.
