Musouka
She can mindspeak, but cannot read minds. Both of her eyes are full-green, and she has ankle-wings on both back legs, a set on her tail, but lacks them on her front wrists.
Adult notes: While her mini-wings are a bit tattered around the edges, they are made of an energy-like substance so the damage to them isn't long-lasting, and gradually heals over time.

Abilities
Dreamer's Breath - Sends a wave of pale blue dust at the target. If hit with this dust the target will instantly fall unconcious for 2hrs, but if this wave is countered then a veil of blue energy will appear around the target and strip it of it's abilities for ten minutes.
